Day 1

Early morning pick up direct to Karume Airport to take flight direct to Selous Game Reserve for Full Game Drive
This Nyerere/Selous wildlife safari in Tanzania shall take you to Nyerere Nation Park/Selous game reserve which is one the largest faunal reserves in the world. There are no permanent structures on human habitation within the reserve which offers the best untouched wildlife experience. There is a large population of Elephants, Buffalos, Hippo, Crocodiles, and endangered dogs. This safari is accommodating; there is a possibility of adding an extra day

DAY 2 Boat Safari / Departure

Early morning after breakfast take small boat for Game boat safari along the mighty Rufiji River. The river is formed by the confluence of the Kilombero and Luwegu rivers. It is approximately 600 kilometers (370mi) long and here you will see plentiful hippos and crocodiles. The big herds of Tanzanian Elephants are also attracted by the River Rufiji that flows through the reserve. Some 350 bird species can also be found in the Selous Game Reserve.
